A daha ata sanni event started around 8.00 p.m at the ground near the auditorium. Yakadura lighted the lamps. They worshiped the Triple Gem and seek its blessings for the faculty and our batch. Then the devils were called onto the center of the stage and through discussions with the drummer, were asked to identify themselves, state their purpose and say what they need to leave the place. These parts were enacted by dancers dressed as devils. After sometime, the Suniyan Yak sanniya or she-devil came. She joked with the drummer, blessed the faculty and left. Then the Maruwa (soul of the eeriyaka) entered the stage. The 18 sannis entered the stage next.
